At each annual meeting the congregation elects officers who will serve in various capacities. Those persons elected in 2007 are:

Mrs. Minta Uzodinma, Clerk

Dr. Clarence S. Lovelady, Assistant Clerk

Dr. Billy A. Roby, Treasurer

Mr. Alfred Junior, Financial Secretary

Trustees are elected to serve a three year term and are responsible for the legal affairs of the Church including the purchases, sale, care and maintenance of the Church property, the execution of contracts and other legal documents on behalf of the Church, and the supervision of the financial affairs of the Church, including, the ways and means of raising funds for the support of the Church and benevolence, the disbursement of funds as appropriated, the management of the compliance with the Church budget and the provision for funds for emergencies.

The deacons shall in every way assist the pastor in his work; consider with him all applicants for church membership and all requests for letters of dismissal; co-operate with him in providing the pulpit supply and the leaders of the prayer meeting in his absence; visit the members and care for the sick, needy and distressed members of the church, using such benevolence funds as may be needed.
