Study - Study opportunities abound. The Sunday Church School offers Biblical instruction for all ages. The Sunday School challenges the faithful to witness to the power of God’s saving work in Jesus Christ. Weekly Bible Study is conducted for those who are interested in exploring the Bible.

Mission - Reaching beyond the Church walls with the gospel of Christ is the objective of the various organizations, including: Woman’s Missionary Society (WMS); Brotherhood; Singles Ministry; Senior Ministry; Counseling Ministry; Prayer Ministry; Prison Ministry; Mentoring, Scouts’ Ministry; Lunch in the Park, “First Saturdays at the Street” and The Storehouse for God are but few of the many intergenerational opportunities offered at  “The Street”.

Special Event: 31 Days in August is a month long celebration devoted to 31 days of worship and engagement. Each week is special and inspiring. August 2016 is the 8th Annual “31 Days in August”. The month begins with study--a time of reflection and ends with worship--a time of joyous celebration. Other events will include: “All About Youth;” Vacation Bible School; 5th Annual “Women and the Word”--a week of women proclaimers; Homecoming; Church Picnic; Issues Forums; Jazz Brunch; Revival and “August Fest”. This year’s August Fest celebrates children and youth--a day of fun and food! This will be the most memorable ever. Plan to celebrate “31 Days in August” with the congregation of Farish Street Church.
